Below are some chutneys that will take your breakfast to another level with just the easily available ingredients.
1. Coconut chutney
Firstly, the basic and classic coconut chutney you can find in any restaurant for breakfast items. Fresh tomato and chilli are the star ingredients in this. But with just one additional ingredient, you can change the whole flavor of the chutney. Variations listed in the below recipe along with basic recipe.

A healthy chutney making you consume curry leaves during breakfast instead of picking it and keep aside. Turns out flavorful with ginger and the tempering of mustard, urad dal asafoetida.

6. Peanut chutney
After that, this is one irresistable chutney without any coconut in it. So no need to worry if you are out of coconut. Yes! you can make white chutney without coconut as well. This creamy sauce like chutney goes well with idli, dosa, paniyaram, vada, upma and what not?

I have seen some of the chef are using some technique to fire up ingredients in pan to have some smokey flavor, can u suggest me mam, how its done?
And salute to ur recipes...
Raks anand says
Nothing special to do that, use more oil, and heat in high flame. Once it smokes, slightly stir so that the oil is exposed to fire and it will catch fire 🙂 Use small tadka ladle or a shallow pan. Please be careful too!
