Blue latte is one I wanted to try for long time after once I ordered it during my Bangkok stay. It's color is a treat to eyes, before mixing it with milk as well as after mixing. If you follow me in Instagram, I already shared this once.

    During our stay at Thailand

I wasn't disappointed by it's look, I had a good laugh. But I knew I would try it out myself. I thought it is Instagram worth to give it a try, but here I am, making a post with it.

    🥤 How does it taste?

If you already have read my blue lemonade, you might know this is only about color and possible health benefits. So this one, with vanilla in it will be really smooth and pleasant flavor from it.

    📖 Variations

The blue latte is by itself caffeine free, but you can add a shot of espresso and make it layered.

Use oat milk or plant based dairy to make it vegan.

Blue latte around the world is made out of different ingredients like blue algae, dry lavender flowers or even artificial food colors.

    🍽 Serving Suggestions

Always serve immediately, I would suggest to serve it as such without mixing. It would be nice to give it a mix and experience it turn to a lovely hue while enjoying it.

Do not let it be there for long as the ice cubes can thin it out. You can also use creamer/ half and half with condensed milk, like a sweet cream in place of milk.
