chapati-noodles

Chapati noodles is an excellent way to use up the leftover chapathi. Kids can have it without any complains, with added vegetables. Give leftover a nutritious twist.

I had chapati noodles or you may call it masala chapathi upma for the first time in one of my cousin’s place. Then saw this recipe in Vijay Tv’s Suvai Ula. I had some leftover chapathis today morning and wanted to try this and have it for lunch. I just made it the usual way I make fried rice / this one . This is sure a kid’s menu and you can give this to your kid when he come back hungry from school.

Chapathi-noodles

Even though you can roughly make enough chapathi for your family sure you cant always be perfect. Also if you have guests for dinner, you never can assume and make perfect counts for them. It is very normal to have leftover chapathi in your kitchen. So don’t worry ever if you have so. A good knife and soft left over chapathi, you can cut into really thin strips and jazz it up with masalas and vegetables.
