cheesy-monaco-pizza-bitesCheesy monaco pizza bites are perfect for kids after school snacks, for kitty parties or get together snack. Quick video recipe with step by step pictures.

I came to know this idea about a long time back when Microwave oven cooking was new and emerging in households. Saw this idea in a TV cookery show and they used microwave oven. So its ready in seconds. Now after so many years, I wanted to try it out myself. Here I used to buy Ritz salt biscuits for Aj snack box when he was a kid. But somehow I keep forgetting.

I don't buy biscuits these days. But was too tempted to see Monaco at Fairprice Vivocity for an event. So picked couple of packs and reserved one for making these pizza with it. I loved these a lot as snack, Vj and Aj too liked it. Thought of sharing cheesy monaco pizza bites here as a post for kids. You can involve kids too in preparing this snack. They will sure enjoy both making and eating this. Check out my pizza dosa.cheezy-monaco-pizza-bites

It wont be soggy, but will be soft and cheese might turn dry. So you can assemble and keep refrigerated. Bake just before stuffing.
