    Easy iced biscoff latte Recipe

    Easy iced biscoff latte recipe is a must try coffee based drink, if you are biscoff fan. Very easy to make it at home and enjoy coffee shop style drink at home.

    I already posted this coffee drink with a different method to prepare. You may feel it have some prep work to be done, it is make ahead kind of recipe.

    This one is pretty simple, anyone from your teen to your spouse can easily whip up in minutes! Ever since I saw this viral TikTok drink, I have been craving to try at home and have it and finally did it!

    🧊 Ingredients

    Biscoff spread is the star ingredient in this recipe, which makes it easy to achieve the flavor in this iced drink. I used smooth spread.

    Dairy - You can use half and half (known as evaporated milk at some places), cream or milk, combination of cream and milk as I did. I suggest to use something rich as it works best over ice and you will never taste it diluted till end.

    Vegan options can be easily adapted by using oatly or other non dairy milk. Now a days even plant based are available so that you won't feel it watery.

    Sweetener - Instead of using granulated ones, which makes it hard to get dissolved in the cold drink. We can use simple syrup. If you mix the sugar in hot coffee first then it's okay to use it. But best choice is simple syrup.

    You can also use agave or maple if you like it. Or want to use brown sugar? You can make simple syrup with it for a deep flavour that goes well in this drink.

    ☕ Coffee

    I used fresh brewed filter coffee shot. Here's how you can use instant coffee if you do not have fresh brewed coffee or to cut down the time. Both fresh and instant coffee works for this recipe, so don't you worry!

    Just make sure the coffee is hot, so that the biscoff spread gets mixed and gives smooth results when you do.

    To make coffee with instant coffee, take 1 & ½ teaspoon of granulated coffee, dissolve in 2-3 tablespoon of hot water. You can dilute if you want by adding another tablespoon of water.

    📖 Variations

    You can use flavored instant coffee like caramel coffee (I love Beanies coffee) or which ever variant you like. There are wide range of coffee available so choose your favorite.

    Even simple syrup is available as flavored ones. Using vanilla simple syrup means, one ingredient less in the recipe. You can also use flavored milk.

    For example, using chocolate milk will give you mocha drink. So the varieties are countless if you use your imagination, keeping this as base.

    💭 Top tip

    • Use coffee to dissolve the spread easily in the drink, tastes smooth as well.
    • Avoid using granulated sugar as they don't get dissolved properly, settling as such at the bottom of the drink.
    • Never use the crunchy version of biscoff spread as well for the drink. It doesn't go well in this recipe.
    • Make sure to have simple syrup cold in fridge ready as well as the ice cubes required to fill the glass.
    • Using vanilla is best to blend in the drink, make sure to use extract, not the essence.

    📝My notes

    Do not use more of the spread, within 2 teaspoon will be fine for a tall single serving. When using high fat content creamer and the biscoff spread which in turn has more fat content, make sure to balance the coffee, sugar measures.

    Enjoy as soon as you prepare, otherwise ice may dilute the drink.

    • ¼ cup Milk
    • 2 tablespoon Cream I used cooking cream
    • 3 tablespoon Hot coffee espresso (Refer above for instant version)
    • 2 teaspoon Biscoff spread
    • ¼ teaspoon pure Vanilla extract
    • 3 tablespoon simple syrup

    Instructions

    • To start with, take biscoff spread in a glass. Pour hot coffee over it.
    • Add simple syrup and then beat well using spoon or a milk frother.
    • Gather the ingredients required ready. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
    • Pour the mixed coffee + biscoff spread over it. In goes vanilla extract.
    • Top it with milk + cream. Mix and enjoy!
