Green chutney with coriander, almonds

Green chutney recipe

Green chutney recipe with coriander, almonds. Simplest recipe with easy ingredients available. Ready under 10 mins!

Green chutney goes well for chat items, sandwiches, samosas etc. Can store in fridge and use whenever we need. I like to eat with masala papad. With just few ingredients, this is so easy to grind just under 10 mins. Adding almonds not only gives volume, thickness, lovely colour but it’s also healthy.

I learnt this recipe from my friend sangeetha. The key in getting perfect taste of this chutney is to balance the taste with tangy ingredient like lemon juice in this recipe. You can also use 2 tbsp of curd in this recipe instead of lemon juice. I would say this is our very own Indian pesto 😉

Check out my masala papad recipe.
