- Dissolve 1 packet of Chings paneer chilli masala in 2 cups of water, keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add vegetables with chilli. Stir fry for 2 mins. Add paneer cubes and fry for one more minute.
- Add the dissolved paneer chilli masala water and mix. Bring to boil, continue for 2-3 mins. Garnish with spring onions.
