Bread toast roll ups - easy kids friendly snack or breakfast with jam, coconut, rolled and toasted with butter. Perfect for kids lunch box too.

I love the combo of jam and coconut a lot as in honey cake.
So wanted to try something easy with the same combo and ended up making this toast roll ups.
Wanted to try something like this as sweet after I was tempted by French toast roll ups.
This turned out yummy obviously with all the favourite items – jam, butter, bread and coconut. try this for a fancy weekend breakfast or snack for your kids.
Everyone else at home too would love. You can make a lot of variations to this snack.
Use nutella, give it a dip in custard powder mix as in the eggless French toast.

Thanks 🙂 Condensed milk coconut will be nice too, just have to make sure not to add too much otherwise could get soggy.

Hello Raji,
I have prepared it now for my neighbor's children and they loved it. I have prepared it with brown bread. But my rolls were not sealed properly.
What would have become of me if not for your cooking website 🙂 Thank you so much.

Wat could be the reason for my bread breaking
Raks anand
I think you should try other brand. If bread is too dry it might break.

My bread breaks while rolling. Any tips to avoid it?
Raks anand
If the bread is too dry it will break. Try buying soft breads like milk bread.
