Khajur modak or dates modak is an easy and healthy recipe you can make for this Ganesh chaturthi. I had this in my to do list along with khoya modak and thought will post today. Coincidentally one of a reader (Pavithra) too sent me recipe. So thought will immediately post this recipe. This has no sugar, only the natural sweetness from dates rich and healthy with nuts. Just need modak mould to shape in. You can add various other ingredients which I have mentioned in notes section, you can go through it and use your own imagination to make slight variations with this recipe.
