I used to make grape juice with ginger and lime and love the combo a lot. Once I tasted mint ginger combo at Jeyashri's place and loved the combo.
So I made mango juice with the same combo. We should add mint and ginger in a very small amount, otherwise it will overpower the flavour of mango.
Mango juice can be made with many combinations. This is one of the variation I make these days.
Just make sure do not add more of these ingredients we add for flavor, otherwise it may overpower and kill the taste.
Step by step
- Slice the sides along the seed. Scoop the pulp using a spoon. Place mango pulp, sugar, ginger and mint leaves in a blender. Grind smoothly.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl, add lemon juice, salt and required chilled water. Mix well to serve.
Serve mango juice with mint, ginger chilled for best taste.

Ingredients
- 1 Mango ripe, alphonso
- 2-3 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Ginger
- 4 Mint leaves
- ½ Lemon
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions

Notes
- Do not add more mint, ginger than mentioned.
- Add sugar according to the sugar level of your preference.
