I made this last week and both me and Vj loved it a lot. It looks also fancy, as I served in layers in a glass.
You can just serve as two layers but I loved this way like I did for my raspberry cheese cake.
Serving suggestion
This is also one of the popular street food in North India. They simply serve fresh cut juicy fruit in a bowl, topped with a thick creamy mango.
After that they top it with Amul cream. Then add silvered almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts.

Step by step pictures
- Slice mangoes both sides along the seed and scoop the pulp out with a spoon.
2. Place the pulp and sugar in a blender, grind until smooth.
3. Place whipping cream in a bowl with bed of ice water.
4. Beat well (I used my hand blender whisk attachment) until you get stiff peak.
5. In a serving bowl layer pureed mango and beat fresh light cream.
6. Refrigerate for an hour covering with a cling wrap. Garnish with chopped mango just before serving.
Serve chilled the Yumminess!

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe mango I used alphonso
- 3 Sugar
- ¾ cup Whipping cream
Instructions

Notes
- You can use the read made whipped cream too.
- Will work with any chopped fruit too. If you want you can add some icing sugar in whipping cream in that case.

Thank you Sathya, whipping cream is one you need to whip to get the light airy cream. Where as whipped cream is ready made one, just use as such, no need to whip it.

Can I use amul fresh cream for the same

Whipping cream has more fat content so that when whipped it becomes light and creamy. I am not sure if amul cream would work. It will be watery I guess.
