Do check out my other paneer mithai recipe in my website using fresh paneer (chenna) also other paneer recipes compilation.
I have not planned to try this, but saw in an old cookbook I had. Since it was simple and easy, I thought I will give it a try.
Though this is with ready made paneer, you can do it with homemade paneer too.
It turns out really good. Both me and Vj loved it. This could be helpful now during Janmashtami.

How to make paneer kheer with condensed milk?
You are time pressed and do not want to wait for the milk to reduce by simmering?
Instead, you can make paneer kheer with condensed milk. In this case you can skip sugar and use ½ cup condensed milk along 1 & ½ to 2 cups milk.
Easy right?!
