Potato cauliflower peas dry curry with a spicy flavorful masala goes well as accompaniment for rice.

My family loves this winning combo. I make aloo gobi simply with onion and tomato as well as gravy. But this one is a spicy version with ginger garlic and other spices.

This was quite a welcome change for me and Aj as usual loved it as it had a great flavor.

I made it to pair it with Masala kuzhambu and this was a perfect match for it.

No its uncooked potatoes, If we fry the potatoes sometime, it gets cooked easily after we add water. I have sprinkled little water as mentioned in the step

I've tried many recipes from your blog and specially this one twice .. Both the times my husband didn't like it. I had to mend the curry adding some cumin power and lemon juice which made it a little better.. Not sure what I could have done wrong .. I followed exact measurements and procedure

What exactly is the problem? You fry the masalas fragrant right? or the raw smell still comes in your curry?

The raw smell from the fennel. Once I added the ground paste I really fried it for a long time but still it was raw.. I am too scared to try for the third tune
