Raji akka, your blog has become my one stop reference for all my veg items. When I got married I did not know to cook. When I moved here to UK, all I know was sambar and rasam. Today, I can do anything I want just with the help of your blog. Many thanks.

I tried Sev, Panipoori and sweet chutney by following steps in the blog and everything came out well. Both my hubby and daughter loved it.

Waiting to try hands on many more items, shortly. Thanks. When ever someone appreciates my food, I whole heartedly thankyou and Rajesh tells them to refer Rakskitchen.

Soon you will have a big fan club in Belfast.

All your recipes are awesome… I tried most of them and came out very good. I also learnt how to present it 🙂
I tried the pooris for pani poori but it wont come out round/ spherical… Most of them were like flat and only few came out good…
    I have 2 questions…
    1. Is sooji raw or fried ?
    2. Is it ok to use eno instead of club soda ?
    tnx 🙂

Raw sooji only, eno can be mixed in water and use in place of soda. Make sure u roll thin and oil is hot to get fluffy poori

Cooking soda will make the puris turn red. So just make it plain with warm water. Not sure how many puris, if I make again I will update.
