Simple mint tea recipe without milk. A refreshing tea prepared in a simple process. Quick video and step by step pictures for beginners.

I love tea without milk. Love the hot lemon tea as well as the cold version. I have heard through my friend that some people add mint leaves to milk tea. After I posted chilli tea last week, thought of sharing this simple tea. The method we prepare tea is always boil tea powder/ tea leaves, either in milk or water. But tea is also prepared by steeping tea leaves or powder in hot water. This way it is mild as well as you get the refreshing taste.

So I tried mint tea this way as I was not sure if the mint leaves if boiled would over power. I like mint leaves, but always when the flavor is mild. Added a dash of lemon to give it a spike. It was mild and refreshing as I expected. Do try for a change in this cold weather. Check out my masala chai .
