Tahini is made with just sesame seeds as main ingredient. It's really easy to prepare at home.
Tahini may sound fancy but is so easy to prepare at home. When I was exploring recipes newly, I had no idea about the ingredients. But later realized it is sesame. So even in my hummus recipe, I used sesame seeds instead of tahini. I saw couple of recipes using tahini and thought should prepare at home.
I shot this last week and supposed to post over weekend, but kind of got carried away with the Kitchen tour and gave it a miss. So please bear with the simple post, I promise will use this and post one interesting one soon next. This may be simple one if you already know about it, but still for reference and beginners, I thought of posting. Check out my Hummus recipe.
