Grape granita recipe
Grape granita recipe, red grapes granita is a simple refreshing summer treat, with just 3 simple ingredient, available at your pantry.

- 2 cups Red grapes
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
First make simple syrup by heating water and sugar in a pan. Stir over heat, just to dissolve the sugar. Cool down completely.
Place cleaned grape in a blender and puree it.
Filter it through a metal strainer.
In a freezer safe glass bowl, pour the strained grape juice and the sugar syrup. mix well.
Keep inside freezer for an hour.
Take out after an hour and scrape the sides. Put back in freezer and repeat the same process for 2 more times.
Later freeze it more hours until hard ice is formed, scrape using fork to get perfect texture of granita.
- While scraping granita, use fork only over the top. Do not dig deep. This way, you get perfect fine granita.
