- 2 cups coriander leaves chopped
- 7 Almonds
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds optional
- Salt & Water As needed
Clean the coriander leaves, remove the root part. Wash well twice and grind all the ingredients to make into a smooth chutney.( you can use the stem part of the coriander also)
Add water while grinding as needed. It takes very less water, so add carefully. Lastly transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge.
