Ingredients

  • 2 cups coriander leaves chopped
  • 7 Almonds
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds optional
  • Salt & Water As needed

Instructions

  • Clean the coriander leaves, remove the root part. Wash well twice and grind all the ingredients to make into a smooth chutney.( you can use the stem part of the coriander also)
  • Add water while grinding as needed. It takes very less water, so add carefully. Lastly transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge.
