Oats berry smoothie recipe with strawberries, blueberries, yogurt and chia seeds. Best way to include your everyday dose of fruit, fiber.
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup blue berry
- ½ cup strawberry
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup yogurt
Clean berries and freeze it until use. This helps in cold and thick smoothie as well as easy to use in the mornings when needed.
Place both berries, chia seeds, oats, honey first in a blender. Top it with milk and yogurt.
Blend smoothly and enjoy the goodness..
You can use any one berry too.
Skip yogurt, use almond milk in place of milk for vegan version.
