Mix flour,salt,cooking soda and oil together well.
Then add the curd and milk and knead well. Add more milk if needed while kneading.
Keep covered for 3 hours.
Make equal size balls,of desired size, out of the smooth pliable dough.
Roll double the thickness of our regular pooris we roll.
Heat enough oil in a pan until oil is almost smoking.
Slide in and pat gently with a ladle to immerse it in oil. Pour hot oil over the bhatura to ensure it fluffs up,
Flip carefully and cook other side too until golden spots appear.
Drain over paper towel.
