- ¾ cup Buckwheat flour
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoon milk
- 1 & ½ tbsp melt butter
- ½ tablespoon country sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ tablespoon flax meal
- 1 & ½ tablespoon warm water
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Oil for greasing
Prepare batter:
First take dry ingredients and mix well with a whisk. Then add milk, butter, faux egg, vanilla and whisk well to smooth batter.
- I have used vanilla extract, if you are using essence, use only half the quantity.
- For crispy results, cook for longer time. Can be made vegan easily, if you swap butter with coconut oil and cow's milk with nut milk
