ellu urundai recipe

  • White sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery – 1/4 cup powdered


  • First dry roast sesame seeds in a pan until it pops. Take care not to burn it.
  • Next, cool down and powder it in a mixer.
  • Measure powdered jaggery and add to mixer, blend well. Check if you can make shape out of the mixture.
  • Roll tightly and make ladoos out of it. You can add more jaggery powder and blend if ladoos doesnt hold shape.
