Yellow watermelon juice

July 28, 2011 by Raks Anand 38 Comments /

Yellow-watermelon
Yellow watermelon juice is a treat to eyes with the lovely colour of yellow, different from regular red watermelon, with same taste and goodness of watermelon.

I came to know about yellow watermelon only through my friend Sangeeta, then immediately bought the melon.  After long time now, I made this juice again and thought of posting. This tastes similar to the usual one, just that it is yellow in colour! A treat for eyes for both kids and guests will first get surprised.

Ingredients

Yellow water melonQuarter of a fruit
Lemon juice(optional)From half of a lemon
Honey/sugar2-3 tsp

Yellow watermelon juice method:

  1. Deseed the melon and scoop the flesh and blend it along with sugar/honey and mix lemon juice in it. If you want clear, strain it through a metal strainer.

Yellow watermelon

Add ice cubes and enjoy!
